Sustainability
Sustainability at Ciputra World Jakarta is a planning decision before it is a building decision. The clearest measure of it is how much of the land we chose not to build on.
Land Given Back as Green Space
Ciputra World 2 Jakarta is developed on an environmentally friendly concept in which 60% of the site is allocated to park development — landscaped open space in the middle of Jakarta’s business district, at an address where the commercial case for building on every square metre is obvious.
A Pilot for Green Certification
Ciputra World 1 Jakarta adopted a green building concept from the outset, and the development became a pilot project for green building certification in Indonesia. Operating since 2013, it demonstrated that certified-standard performance was achievable at scale in the Jakarta market.
Density That Reduces Travel
An integrated district is itself an environmental strategy. Placing residences, offices, hospitality, retail and healthcare within one walkable estate removes journeys that would otherwise be made by car every day. The district sits close to Jakarta’s MRT, LRT and Transjakarta networks, making car-free commuting practical for residents and tenants.
Building Performance
Our towers are specified for efficient building systems, extensive daylight to occupied floors, and shared district infrastructure — parking, services and facilities used across several buildings rather than duplicated in each.
